the old well site property is not large enough and hope
the state will grandfather in; talked with DOT

traffic signal on 264 By-Pass, studying the possibility
of widening the intersection and will complete additional
needed paving in the area;
Sewer Line Extension to the school is underway and is
not the hold up for the new school opening in January
- the opening date will be August 2001;
Delta City sewer project was bid through Beaufort County
as grant is paying for that extension and with that project
and the sewer line to the school will leave the town with
1.6 million dollars worth of lines (assets).
