Dr. Gregory L. Jones opened Belhaven Family Practice, PA on July 1, 1989.  Before coming to Belhaven Dr. Jones worked in a large multi-specialty clinic in Wilson, NC.   Dr. Jones was born and raised in Greenville.  He attended East Carolina and then graduated with the degree of Medical Doctor from University Of North Carolina Medical School.    His wife, Rebecca White Jones, is also an Eastern North Carolina native.   The Jones' have two sons, Gregory who is in Germany in the US Air Force, Kevin who is in Seminary at Wake Forrest, and one daughter, Cara.  They have one grandson, Dawson. 

Nanci Brinn Ahearn, Family Nurse Practitioner joined Belhaven Family in January on 2003.    She was born and raised in Belhaven.   She and her husband, Jeff , have one dog, Jefe.    Nanci received Bachelor of Science in Nursing at University of North Carolina and her Masters  Degree in Family Practitioner from East Carolina University.  She is active in our community with health care education on Diabetes.       

The Providers at our clinic all have a genuine concern for the citizens of Belhaven and surrounding areas.   They feel strongly about providing the best health care possible for the entire family.    Dr Jones is Board Certified in Family Practice.
