David H.
Elliott, II DDS opened the doors to his dental practice in
Belhaven on September 19, 2005. The office is located at
233 Allen Street, across from Pungo District Hospital. Dr.
Elliott earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry and Doctor
of Dental Surgery degree with honors from the University of
North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is the son of Horace and
Betty Elliott of Bath and is married to the former Amie
Robinson, daughter of Rich and Daphne Robinson of Belhaven.
Courtney
Pinkham Brooks of Pinetown joined Dr. Elliott upon opening
as a Registered Dental Hygienist. She received her
Certified Dental Assisting degree from Martin Community
College and Associates degree in Applied Science in Dental
Hygiene from Halifax Community College. Also joining the
practice at opening were Glenda Cuthrell of Belhaven as a
Certified Dental Assistant and Janet White of Pinetown as
Office Manager.
Dr. Elliott’s staff is committed to providing
quality dental care for the entire family. As an office, we
place an emphasis on patient education and prevention to
promote oral health. We accept children beginning at age
four. Procedures that our office provides include
comprehensive examinations including oral cancer screening,
prophylaxis (cleaning), sealants, tooth whitening
(bleaching), tooth colored restorations, root canals, crowns,
bridges, partial dentures, complete dentures and
extractions. |
